You’ve seen, heard and maybe tasted all the buzz surrounding the new Gelato Messina gelato chain opening in Singapore; and if you’re a fan of Aussie’s popular food chains, here’s another one to look out for. Cult-favourite froyo chain, Yo-Chi is rumoured to be opening their first-ever outlet here in Singapore!

Hailing from Melbourne, Yo-Chi is a fan-favourite frozen yogurt and açai bar concept, with multiple outlets across Australia. They’re loved for their fresh and healthy frozen yogurt and açai soft serve, which you can top with various fruits and toppings from their self-serve topping bar—customising your treat however you like.

Some hardcore Yo-Chi fans in Singapore have spotted various signs that the brand will be making their debut here soon. While there’s no official confirmation from Yo-Chi’s official account, there have already been several job listings posted on MyCareersFuture under the account “Yochi Asia Pte. Ltd.”, with a description announcing their official launch in Singapore.

More internet sleuthing has also revealed that Yo-Chi has already registered an address in Singapore recently in February 2025, located at Liat Towers. As for the location of their first Singapore store, there’s no news yet, but judging from the job postings, it’s likely to be in a Central location. There’s no official opening date for Yo-Chi either, but we can only hope it’ll be by the end of 2025.
