Vending machines selling fresh baked goods are gaining popularity in Singapore, with machines dispensing shio pans, whole cakes and more. The new Hiap Joo vending machine will be the first-ever of its kind in Singapore, stocking JB’s cult-favourite banana cakes by the box, with goods arriving fresh every day from the JB store.

The banana cakes are priced at $8.60 per box, with 10 slices in each box. The vending machine is able to stock up to 48 boxes in total, and they will have 2 restocks daily: at 11.30am and 4.30pm. The new Hiap Joo Bakery vending machine is located at Senja Hawker Centre, and will be available starting from 17th May 2025 onwards.
