On the other end of the architectural aesthetic spectrum we have the monumental Rochor Centre with its bold facade. The distinctive red, blue, green and yellow buildings make this cluster a local icon. If you plan on going down, make it quick – the vivid buildings are slated for demolition at the end of the year.
Address: 1 Rochor Rd, Singapore 180001
5. Tampines Blk 418 St 41

There are ten blocks in Tampines painted with this TV test pattern screen design, giving us a major throwback to the olden days with its retro finish – a refreshing change from the typically clean exterior of our HDB buildings.
