1. Mallow Bar

Mallow Bar is a new plant-forward restobar located at The Intercontinental Singapore Robertson Quay Hotel with unique and quirky plant-centric dishes and cocktails! In partnership with Janice Wong, Mallow challenges the way plant-based foods and drinks are made and presented.

2. The Kongsee

The Kongsee is a local-inspired eclectic and moody bar with an atmospheric neon-lit space. The intimate bar is bathed in a purple glow and with countless paper plane origami hanging from the ceiling for a whimsical vibe. The best part is, they’re open from 11am till late, so you can start your drinking early and carry on till the wee hours of the night.

Kongsee describes themselves as a Mod-Sin izakaya, with a contemporary take on the Singapore we know and love. This is reflected in the food they serve, such as Chicken Barley Risotto Roll ($14), Krapow Prata Pizza ($15), Iberico Satay ($15) and more. 3. Sugarhall

Sugarhall is back in business in the heart of Singapore’s CBD area! Sugarhall is the boozy little sibling of the swanky Rosemead, located above the restaurant as a rum-focused cocktail pub with a carefully curated rum and cocktail list.

4. The Tanglin Gin Jungle

Like the name suggests, the Tanglin Gin Jungle specialises in all things gin, and is opened by Singapore’s first distillery. Expect local and botanical-inspired gin drinks that highlight the Spirit of Singapore.
