1. Seriously Coffee

Seriously Coffee has just unveiled its second outlet at Bijou this December, and they aren’t playing around. True to its name, Seriously Coffee takes its coffee well, seriously, and all its coffees are made with Rufous, the signature award-winning coffee blend by Tad Coffee Company. Get their Orange Mocha ($7), Cafe Latte ($5), Roasted Hazelnut Chocolate (from $6), Refreshing Homemade Soda ($6).

For eats, don’t miss out on local favourites like their Traditional Buttered Toast (from $6), Not So Ordinary Mee Siam ($10) and Spicy Lemongrass Chicken ($9.50), just to name a few. 2. Huggs Collective

Fan-favourite local coffee chain Hugg’s Collective has finally revealed their gorgeous flagship store conveniently situated within the bustling CBD area! The new space features a collaborative space, snug little amphitheatre cum sitting area, members’ lounge and pet-friendly outdoor space!

3. Sevens Kissaten

Sevens Kissaten is a new Japanese-style teahouse, the latest addition to the Sevens Group of dining concepts. Decked in soothing neutral and wood tones that scream Japanese minimalism and simplicity, the new concept embodies the spirit of “omotenashi”, offering guests top-notch hospitality, comfort food and quality tea.

4. Dearborn

Helmed by an ex-private dining chef, Dearborn is a specialty granola café located in the heart of quaint Everton Park.

5. HEYTEA Café

The newest HEYTEA Cafë at Orchard Central boasts their signature clean, white-and-silver aesthetic, with HEYTEA’s signature drinks as well as a slew of new ones. The new café even has a 25-seater open seating area so you can sit and sip on your drinks.

New additions to the menu include the Emblic Superfruit series (from $7.50) encased in luxe glass bottles, as well as bottled sodas ($2.50) made with real fruit juices in flavours like Kyoho Grape and Pineapple and Passionfruit—perfect thirst-quenchers for the Singapore heat.

6. French Fold

French Fold is a fan-favourite French galette and crêpe joint by the folks behind Merci Marcel, and they’ve just opened a brand new outlet at the Palais Renaissance.

The new space is beautiful, to say the least, and much bigger than their original outlet over at Telok Ayer. Enjoy the same French goodness such as the classic No. 4 galette ($17), Galettes Bites (from $12), sweet Crêpes (from $7) and more!

7. Cantina

Trendy lifestyle and social club Crane has opened a new space on Arab Street, this time with a farm-to-table bistro dubbed Cantina! The new 3-storey space boasts unique boho-inspired decor, complete with mismatched furniture flora and fauna scattered all around, as well as many cosy nooks and corners for chilling.

Little Grain Café is the cutest little café you ever did see, with a mere 2-seater dine-in area.
