The Power Lunch Buffet is only available from Mondays to Fridays, and is a great executive seafood buffet option for meetings or gatherings with colleagues. The buffet menu features items like fresh tiger prawns, Chilean sea scallops, clams in ginger wine, grilled beef striploin, roast lamb leg, beef cheek bourguignon, vongole linguine, chicken tikka, DIY ice kachang and much more.
