The Warung Kita is a café located about 30 minutes away from the checkpoint, and they offer a daily a la carte breakfast buffet for just RM24 per person (~$7 SGD per person), inclusive of mains, classic local breakfast favourites, live egg station, dim sum, desserts and more. There are over 20 different items you can order, such as nasi lemak, mee siam, lontong, ayam rendang, curry chee cheong fun, assorted dim sum, roti canai and more.

Don’t skip out on the made-to-order live egg station, where you can get eggs prepared your favourite way. There’s also sweet treats like kaya toast, peanut butter toast and live appam with coconut milk; plus free flow teh tarik and kopi tarik to wash everything down. The a la carte breakfast buffet is served daily from 9am to 11.30am. We’ve yet to try out the buffet for ourselves, but The Warung Kita has got a 4.6 rating on Google, with customers loving the service and freshness of the food served at the buffet.
