Your favourite matcha and dessert chain just got even better: the popular TSUJIRI has just opened a new premium bakery café at Tanjong Pagar, and it’s their biggest outlet yet!

The new TSUJIRI Premium Bakery is situated within a 3-storey shophouse, and has stunning Japanese-style teahouse vibes, complete with a zen garden, moody wood furniture, paper lantern lighting and even tatami-inspired seats.

There’s plenty of seating available, with each level offering a different tranquil vibe that’s reminiscent of the teahouses you might experience in Kyoto. The menu here is also the most extensive, they’ve got their signature matcha drinks, parfaits, plated desserts, tea sets; and even baked goods, gelato and savoury brunch mains too. There’s also a retail section here where you can shop for matcha, tea leaves, tea sets and more.

Must-try exclusive items are definitely their baked goods, such as the Timbering Croissant ($9.90) gelato sandwiches, Croissant Cube ($16.90), Cheese Brulee Roll ($18.80), savoury Shio Pan (from $5.80) and Matchamisu Polo Bun ($6.80).
