HYROX is making its return to Singapore from 3 to 5 April 2026, and for three days, the city will once again play host to one of the world’s most recognisable indoor fitness races.
The 2025 edition of AIA HYROX Singapore drew significant attention, with participation from well-known figures across fitness and entertainment. This included K-pop idol Minho, Physical: Asia stars Amotti and Choi Seung-yeon, as well as Physical: 100 personality Hong Beom-seok, highlighting the event’s growing profile and international appeal.
Race Categories
Participants in 2026 can choose from several competition formats:

HYROX Open / HYROX Pro – Individual race categories

HYROX Doubles / Doubles Pro – Two-person team format
-
HYROX Relay – Four-person team format
Each category follows the same race structure, with workload shared according to the selected format.
