The first-ever Mr. Holmes Bakehouse outlet is finally in Singapore! Opening 12 July 2021, the brand responsible for popularising the ‘Cruffin’ hybrid—a flaky, sugar-dusted and cream- filled croissant baked in the shape of a muffin, is now strategically located on the ground floor, in a street-facing unit at Pacific Plaza.
Featuring a 41-seater bakery-café custom designed with a signature scheme of white and pink, the all-new Mr Holmes Bakehouse showcases its iconic “I got baked” and peace neon signages for photo-worthy backdrops, cut-out tinted windows, and rows of fresh bakes on display in an open-seating space, flanked with white-tiled walls and an all-pink ceiling.
Complete with a freshly handcrafted selection of bakes specially curated by pastry chefs from the original flagship in the USA, guests are invited to indulge in Mr. Holmes Bakehouse’s signature Mint Chocolate Chip Cruffin, Peanut Butter Milkshake Cruffin, Plum Yuzu Jam Donut, Lemon Meringue Pie Croissant, Matcha Croissant, Cheesecake Crème Brulee Danish, Cinnamon Concha Sweet Bun, Chocolate Chunk Cookies, and Bacon Habanero Sandwiches, amongst a multitude of other delectable offerings.
Available for dine-in and takeaway, brand enthusiasts can look forward to tearing into a new array of delectable bakes every three months, thanks to the bakehouse’s quarterly seasonal menus.
