Sparkora BBQ is a vibey party-themed concept restaurant, and the ambience feels almost like a club rather than your average BBQ restaurant. The modern interior features stylish decor and mirrored elements that reflect the neon lights that illuminate the space. There’s even live DJ sessions and performances on stage while you dine.

The BBQ here is said to be Korean-style, with premium items like Silky Egg Oyster Blade Beef, Thick-Cut Pork Belly, Marbled Short Ribs, Spicy Twin Pepper Pork Belly, Cheese Baked Durian, Tandoori Fish Tikka and more. Instead of built-in hotpot pots, this BBQ concept has tabletop grills at each table for you to grill your own items, or the staff will gladly assist you—just like they do at HDL.
