Established as a place for conversations and tea, Hvala was conceptualised to create a platform for the ‘modern-day Picasso and Hemingway’ to gather. Invigorating Singaporean’s appetite for artistic, intellectual and flavourful stimulation, Hvala represents a series of specially curated galleries, exhibitions, performances, and cafes designed in pursuit of extraordinary forward-thinking.
Complete with three existing outlets across the island in Keong Saik, CHIJMES, and 111 Somerset, the brand now welcomes a new café concept along Craig Road. Sharing the same zen-like atmospheric qualities as its previous outlets, the all-new Hvala café showcases clever space solutions to create an opulent environment that is comfortable and homely through the incorporation of lush greenery, and warm wood furnishing.
Showcasing a window-paneled ceiling for an added boost of natural light, Hvala’s latest café concept centers around promoting a vegan lifestyle. As such, all of the cafe’s menu items do not contain dairy products.
Of their innumerable vegan-friendly offerings, customers are invited to try the $4.80 Warabi Mochi, $8.80 Warabi Mochi with Gelato, $8.80 Hanami Dango, $12.80 Fudgy Chocolate Brownie with Gelato, $9.80 Black Sesame Sponge cake, $9.80 Chocolate Velvet cake, $9.80 Banana Peanut Butter Walnut cake, $6.80 Iced Yuki Matcha, $7 Yuzu Ice Blend, $7.80 Orchid’s Breath, and $6.80 Aged Oolong, amongst a multitude of other delectable treats and drinks.
The café’s varied gelato and sorbet selection includes flavours such as the Ichigo Strawberry, Rock Melon, Matcha Cookies and Cream, Chocolate, Yuzu, Oat Milk, Hojicha, and Matcha, amongst others. Available in a cup, or cone, each scoop will cost approximately $5.80 and $6.30-$7.30, respectively.
