JB goers, there’s much to look forward to across the border: like this popular mega food festival that’s making a comeback this September 2025! MaQan Food Fest is a popular roving event, and it’s one of the biggest food bazaars in Johor Bahru.

This September 2025, the massive food festival will be making a return to JB at Angsana Johor Bahru Mall, bringing you tons of exciting food, entertainment and more. The upcoming edition of the food festival sees over 150 vendors, and while the food line-up has yet to be confirmed, it’s likely that you’ll be seeing plenty of trendy and viral street food stalls selling anything from pastries, grilled meats, air balang, snacks and more.

Aside from eats, there will also be lots of activities at the event, including performances and artist appearances, an animal petting zone, games and even prizes to be won. The upcoming MaQan Food Fest in JB will be happening just ~15 minutes away from the checkpoint, and entrance is free for all.
