1. Urban Ventures Street Party: Vol. 7


Experience art and music in public spaces in the 7th space activation of Urban Ventures along Keong Saik Road’s urban street party filled with live music, drag, poetry, an artisan market, an underground market with locals influencers selling their items, yoga at sunset with beer, food and drink booths and many more activities. Come invigorate your spirit this weekend as we celebrate art, music and people with a weekend of fun, casual and hippie vibes.

2. Backstreet Boys Concert

3. Oktoberfest Asia 2017


Oktoberfest, Asia’s most authentic Bavarian Oktoberfest, is back this year bigger and better! It will be held in a fully air-conditioned festival-styled marquee at the open field next to Tan Quee Lan Street. Each entrance ticket entitles you to a free Oktoberfest Asia 500ml beer stein, free flow choice of brews from 6pm to 11.30pm each day, Oktoberfest special edition festive brews and entertainment by the Hofbrauhaus Band from Munich. Oktoberfest goes cashless with WAAVE this year, so remember to download the application prior to order and pay for your food and drinks.

5. Courtside @Chijmes


Tennis-themed family-friendly carnival inspired by trends in wellness and green sustainability in line with WTA Finals happening this coming week in Singapore. The carnival offers a little something for everyone in the family including games, mass zumba workouts, food stalls and many other hands-on activities. Workshops by local artisans and craftsmen will also be held during the Health and Sustainability Fair this weekend, including a watercolour and brush calligraphy workshop by Souldeelight, grow your own food with The Citizen Farm’s workshop and even a leather crafting workshop for kids. Artisan makeup products from local beauty brand Suii Naturals will also be sold at the carnival, together with gluten, dairy and refined sugar-free snacks to promote eating clean. (#eatclean)

6. WTA Finals Singapore


Catch the stars the likes of Venus Williams, Garbine Muguruza and Karolina Pliskova at this annual women’s tennis event happening here in Singapore over the whole of next week, starting this coming Friday. Tennis-themed activities will be available at the Fan Village where you can meet and interact with the stars as well. End the night with exclusive one-night-only concert with the Backstreet Boys, or head down to the courtside @Chjmes for a casual weekend night.

7. Painting With Light: International Festival of Films On Art

The 30 award-winning films chosen the programme have been categorized based on the focus and topic of each film into 4 sections; Holding Spaces, Ways of Seeing, Special Focus: The Art Commission and Southeast Asian Shorts. 9. Pop Up Night
