2. Parliament 

Parliament is a ritzy retro 80s-inspired American-style dive bar with vibey disco lights, funky music and more! Here you’ll find a groovy space bathed in a reddish glow, complete with vintage decor and even a disco ball to complete the retro American ambience.

The bar plays various genres of music across different generations each day of the week, such as oldies, classic rock, funk, neo soul, hip hop, indie and more, so you’ll definitely be in for a whale of a time every time you come in. 3. Wa-En Bar

Wa-En is not only a luxe yakiniku restaurant, it also houses a swanky bar called Wa-En Bar situated within the Wa-En Wagyu Yakiniku restaurant itself! Wa-En boasts a cosy Japanese minka-inspired setting, with wooden arches and beams framing the bar.

4. Kumi Den

Kumi Den is the sister outlet of Iru Den that’s just opened along Duxton Road serving modern and elevated Asian flavours along with wines. The restaurant and wine bar boasts a minimalist and cosy vibe, with monochromatic decor and minimal frills.

Chef’s Table at Capella Hotel in Sentosa has revamped its private dining concept to become a swanky Oyster and Champagne Bar. Dressed with copper lights, wicker chairs and wood interiors, the space resembles a classy and elegant French bistro.
