Hot off the success of another season of Culinary Class Wars, Singapore is getting yet another menu collaboration launched by one of the chefs from the series this March 2026. Top 4 finalist, Chef Jung Ho-Young will be making an appearance in Singapore, and he’ll also be launching an exclusive menu here too.

White Spoon Chef Jung Ho-Young is known for his Japanese-style cooking, and owns the renowned restaurant Udon Caden in Jeju. If you watched S2 of the show, you’ll also be familiar with some of the iconic dishes he’s cooked, namely the Monk Fish Liver Chawanmushi ($10.90) and Grilled Sea Eel Renkon Manju with Crab Sauce ($39.90)—both of which will be available for you to try in Singapore at all Bulgogi Syo outlets from 9th March 2026 onwards.

Chef Jung Ho-Young will also be bringing a couple more of his popular dishes to Singapore, like the Signature Beef Curry Udon with Grilled Yakibuta (from $19.90) and Creamy Prawn Croquette with Sesame Sauce ($12.90). If you’re lucky, you can even catch Chef Jung Ho-Young live in action when he arrives in Singapore for an exclusive cooking demonstration on 7th March 2026. Seorae Singapore members will also get to enjoy priority reservation access for 7th March 2026. The confirmed location and timing for Chef Jung Ho-Young’s live demo in Singapore will be announced at a later date.
