The bungalow has 120 years of history, and has since been renovated and transformed into a beautiful space where you can relax, dine, shop, enjoy art and more! The bungalow’s beautiful facade makes for picturesque OOTD moments, and you can even lounge at the outdoor patio with a cuppa for those al fresco vibes.

Y Space’s in-house café, Champs x Rueys is a specialty coffee shop where you can get coffee, tea, bubble tea, bread, mille crepe cakes and more; alongside light brunch items like Onion Tomato Tartine, Egg Mayo Salad Croissant, Mushroom Soup and Mentaiko French Bread, just to name a couple. Note that while the café is not halal-certified, they do not serve pork or lard.

After you’re done eating, browse the artworks at the gallery, or stop by the boutique retail store where you can shop select items like apparel, accessories, home goods, fragrances, snacks, lifestyle items and more. Y Space is easily accessible, situated less than a 10-minute drive away from the JB checkpoint.
