You Can Now Get Bubble Tea-Flavoured Lip Balm on Shopee

If you thought the bubble tea trend was going to fade in 2020, you thought wrong. From earl grey boba milk tea cakes to bubble tea popcorn, it’s obvious the unforgettable saccharine taste of this beloved drink can never leave our lips — especially with bubble tea chain Daboba’s latest limited edition boba-flavoured lip balms.

These new unique lip balms are made in collaboration with Vase Creation, a natural beauty brand from Malaysia. They come in three flavours, each inspired by signature drinks from Daboba.

One of which is obviously the Roasted Brown Sugar Pearl Fresh Milk, a signature at Daboba.

The Honey Golden Pearl Green Milk Tea also made it on the list.

And while mango offerings aren’t exactly highlights at most bubble tea stores, they’re quite a hit at Daboba. The Mango Frappe with yogurt toppings will also be part of the lip balm collection. We predict this one to sell out the most in the long run, due to how evergreen the flavour is.

The Daboba x Vase Creation collection can be purchased either at all Daboba outlets in Malaysia or from Vase Creation’s Shopee page at RM35 (~S$11) each. These lip balms should be trustworthy, given Vase Creation’s rep as a vegan and cruelty free brand. According to their page, the products are free of petrochemicals and made from ingredients like jojoba, organic wax and vitamin E.
