Named after the trumpet-like mushrooms known as Chanterelle, and in tribute of the Chanterelle Restaurant that pioneered fine dining in New York in 1979, this all-new café at 2 First Street in Siglap, presents a showroom of unique seating alternatives ranging from plush arm chairs, inviting sofas, and cushioned low seats, amidst a variety of others.
Lined by intricate illustrations, Chanterelle prides itself in being a predominantly plant-based, pet-friendly café, which serves an array of brunch-worthy mains and drinks. Known most notably for their $17.90 Eggless Egg Toast, $8.90 Mixed Nut Acai Bowl, $5 Latte, $6.50 Strawberry Foam Milk, $5.50 Royal Milk Tea, $5.50 Taro Foam Milk, and $6 Nutella Hot Chocolate.
In order to provide a diverse range of items, Chanterelle works in close collaboration with a select few local brands such as, health food store OsomeFood, cake shop Bob The Baker Boy, oyster mushroom snack store Mushroom Kingdom, and coffee supplier Bright Coffee Company.
