Kaarla focuses on showcasing seasonal produce sourced directly from Australia as well as Singapore’s local farms. Central to Kaarla’s cooking is the use of fire, and the restaurant uses a custom-built wood grill and oven in order to achieve a more precise flavour profile in their dishes. Kaarla offers a 2-Course ($52) and 3-Course ($67) lunch menu, as well as an a la carte or Market Menu ($160) for dinner. Highlights from the menu include Kaarla Closed Loop Salad ($28), White Pyrenees Lamb Saddle ($58), Coal Roasted Beetroot ($32) and more.
