Taking over space formerly occupied by Pollen Restaurant, the new Marguerite is setting the standard for contemporary European fine dining. Headed and owned by Michelin-starred Chef Michael Wilson, Marguerite oozes minimalistic elegance and class.

Nestled within the Flower Dome of Gardens by the Bay, Marguerite provides a tranquil and serene dining experience among nature. Be wowed by the gorgeous handmade Scandinavian-style furniture, marble table tops and lush greenery. Each plate served at Marguerite is lovingly handcrafted and meticulously created with hand-picked seasonal ingredients from both local and international artisans.

Marguerite offers a 7-course Chef’s Menu (from $228), featuring items like Black Trumpet Cigar, Roasted Aylesbury Duck, Smoked Eel, Sunchoke and more. To complement the meal, pair them with one of their specially curated wines brought in from all over the world.
