Esora’s New Japanese-Style Sandwiches For Takeaway & Islandwide Delivery!

After spending 15 years in some of the world’s most venerated kitchens including the 3-starred Nihonryori RyuGin in Tokyo and 2-starred Odette in Singapore, Chef Shigeru Koizumi collaborated with The Lo & Behold Group to open his first ever restaurant on Mohamed Sultan Road.

Merging his deep respect and knowledge of traditional Japanese cuisine together with new-found cooking techniques to tease the best possible flavours out of each ingredient, the Esora restaurant is inspired by the belief that even one degree of temperature can affect the enjoyment of the dish.

Now introducing an all-new menu item, known as the Ebi Katsu Sando, this delectable Japanese sandwich features a juicy Ebi cutlet sandwiched between finely shredded cabbage, savoury sauce, shiso, and lightly-toasted soft pillowy milk bread. Sliced into bite sized pieces, the Ebi Katsu Sando was designed to be convenient without mess, in order to provide the best gourmet experience.
