After collaborating with OFF-WHITE last year and launching their own clothing collection earlier this year, IKEA unveils yet another surprise as they announce BYGGLEK – a new storage system consisting of playful boxes that also serve as LEGO play structures.
The collection consists of sleek white storage boxes that are fitted with Lego’s patented studs. With these, you can now build your Lego collection directly onto the boxes’ surfaces.
The collection even includes its own set of bricks to help you get your creative juice flowing.
The collection covers one set of three small boxes and two sets of bigger boxes and even includes a set of Lego bricks. It will roll out at Ikea stores throughout North America and Europe on 1st October and will be available worldwide later this year. Prices at the local store are yet to be announced.
