Besides furniture, IKEA is also well loved for their cafe offerings, most notably their Swedish meatballs and cream cakes. But it appears they will be known for their drinks as well, as they have brought in that one drink the masses love and would die for: bubble tea.
Unfortunately, these drinks are available only at IKEA Malaysia — but we’re sure that won’t stop BBT fans here from travelling across the Causeway just to give it a shot. There are three flavours available: Brown Sugar Pearl with Milk (RM6.50), Brown Sugar Pearl Latte (RM7.50), and Brown Sugar Pearl Latte with Cheese (RM8.50).
According to Malaysian Youtuber JR Song’s review, the pearls are “very very soft” and essentially, you pay for what you get.
Just last year, IKEA Bangkok brought in bubble tea too.
