This pop-up Japanese bar is the latest brainchild from the team behind The Feather Blade. Now offering a variety of Insta-worthy bentos for takeaway and delivery, Rappu invites all handroll-lovers to indulge in their $36 bento of six freshly prepped rolls, each stuffed with a selection of fresh catch.

Options include, fatty toro, diced hotate, and house-brined salmon dressed with wasabi furikake, alongside kanpachi crab meat with mayonnaise, and torched engawa, complete with a sake pairing of your choosing for an additional $18 per roll. Other offerings include the $28 High Roller bento which features wagyu, dollops of uni, caviar, and dusted with gold flakes!

3. Gyu Bar

The Gyu Bar is a contemporary Yakiniku dining and bar concept that specializes in premium Wa-Oh Japanese beef from Kumamoto. 4. Shinsora

Shinsora, a Japanese omakase sushi concept, which serves the centuries-old Japanese craft of Edomae sushi. Helmed by award-winning sushi chef-owners Sky Tai Koon Siang and Leon Yap, Shinsora was designed to offer guests an intimate dining experience showcasing the skilled chefs working in seamless, close tandem.

Now available for self-collection and islandwide delivery, Shinsora invites guests to feast on a variety of omakase bento treats including the $88 Toro Uni Ikura Don which comes complete with sasanishiki rice seasoned with Yohei aka-zu, a red vinegar made from matured sake lees by Japan’s famed vinegar brewery house, Yokoi, alongside the $78 Shinsora Bara Chirashi which features seasonal raw ingredients artfully scattered over house sasanishiki rice seasoned with Yohei aka-zu.
