Officially opening on 23rd September, the new cafe has a soft rustic sense of comfort that combines with the modern furniture and the bright airy environment to create a distinct homely vibe that makes you just want to sit back and chill on – perfect for a quiet and lazy afternoon.

The menu includes a series of Japanese-inspired Donburis (starting from $10.90) and various standard cafe items with innovative twists, like the Kombu Truffle Fries ($15) – thick-cut fries topped with Kombu, a type of Japanese seaweed.

Also on the menu are Western-inspired fusion items such as the Sakura Ebi Capellini ($16), as well as various kinds of desserts, such as the Hokkaido Milk Cheesecake ($10).

Drinks such as the K&K Milk Tea ($6) are served with a huge dollop of whipped cream on top, so you can get that Instagram-worthy shot. Other creative drink mixes include the likes of Ginger Brown Sugar ($5.50) and Yuzu Matcha ($6.50).
