MONOCHROME INDUSTRIAL-THEMED MODERN-ASIAN GASTROBAR

Enter Rascals, a spunky new modern-Asian gastrobar serving up some seriously tantalising eats. The space is minimalistic to say the least, with grungy, grey monochromatic and almost industrial-like tones.

Fronting Rascals are ex-Candlenut chefs Shaun and Alastair, both dedicated to cooking up fuss-free yet inventive foods, alongside craft beers on tap, specially curated wines and sakes.

As Rascals is still in their soft launch stage for the month of December, you’ll only be able to walk-in for lunch on Thursdays and Fridays, as well as dinner from Wednesdays to Sundays.

The Lunch Teishoku Set starts from $25/set and includes the likes of Double-boiled Chicken Soup, Seared Seabass in Caramelised Shallots Soy Glaze, Tamagoyaki and more. While the $88 Dinner consists of items like Chopped Toro, Topshell Satay, Viet-spiced Pork Collar and more! The best part is: for the month of December, there is no service charge, so prices for the lunch and dinner set are all nett!

Rascals will also be doing a special takeaway menu (from $98) for the festive season (limited quantities, only while stocks last); for the full festive offerings, see here.
