Head by Executive Chef Makoto Saito, this intimate and exclusive restaurant boasts an assortment of A5 Wagyu beef dishes curated to be eaten with just a pair of chopsticks!
Featuring only premium A5 Wagyu from various Japanese prefectures like Gifu, Shiga, Miyazaki, Iwate and Tochigi, Wagyu Jin’s seasonal omakase menu will include a total of 6 – 8 courses per seating, and showcase the finest techniques and ingredients from both land and sea.
Worth approximately $118, the Wagyu omakase lunch menu is set to include a variety of meticulous curated Japanese delicacies such as Somen with sea urchin & Hokkaido hairy crab, A5 Mizayaki Beef Yakiniku, A5 Hida Beef sushi, Awabi, A5 Tochigi Beef Sukiyaki, and a serving of Yuzu Sorbet.
On the other hand, the Wagyu omakase dinner menu worth $238 will feature Langoustine, sea urchin, caviar and jelly, A5 Mizayaki Beef Yakiniku, Chateaubriand Sando with A5 Ohmi Beef, Somen with caviar and truffle, Sukiyaki, an A5 Tochigi Beef rice bowl, and a serving of Yuzu Sorbet.
