You might remember the bakery Nicher from a coffee shop in Tiong Bahru that used to sell loaf cakes in varying flavours. Now, Nicher has opened a new outlet at Springleaf and rebranded, selling crafted baked goods and accompanying coffee pairings instead.
They specialise in French viennoiseries like Classic/Almond Croissants, Kouign Amann, Pain au Chocolat and Pain aux Raisins (individual prices unavailable). These viennoiseries are also available for preorder as a box set ($25) over on their site. Aside from pastries, Nicher also has a humble selection of their classic cakes such as the Chocolate Flourless Cake and Baked Cheesecake.
Nicher also offers filtered coffee made with Nylon coffee beans, the perfect companion to their freshly baked goods.
