Meaning “Flying Dragon”, Hiryu is an authentic Japanese Omakase restaurant that started in 2018 along Tras Street. The restaurant serves up Japanese fusion with a high quality omakase to Singapore. Gyu & Tori

Showcasing a variety of marbled wagyu beef, of varying cuts, sizes and width, Gyu & Tori operates mostly as a take-away kiosk offering affordable premium beef items at approximately 30% cheaper than local Japanese supermarkets. Their revered $9.90 Original Katsu Sandwich incorporates a thin cut of Australian ribeye steak that’s grilled to a pinkish-red hue, and doused in sweet tonkatsu sauce, complete with one side dish of your choosing. Gyu & Tori’s expansive range of side dishes include, Japanese rice, garlic fried rice (additional S$1), honey mustard potatoes, mac & cheese, and sweet potatoes, amongst a variety of others.
