Frequent café hoppers might be familiar with the name Rise Bakehouse, a cosy and quaint little Korean-inspired café that first opened at Potong Pasir last year. With the success of their first outlet, they’ve recently opened a new outlet in Orchard, featuring more of their signature bakes, gelato and a revamped menu.
The new space is much more spacious than the first, with the same pastel pink and coral hues, along with rustic floral decor for a homey vibe. There are more tables available to accommodate diners, as well as large floor-to-ceiling glass windows overlooking the bustling Orchard Road outside.
For a sweet treat, head to their beautiful display of bakes, featuring pretty and aesthetic Korean-style cakes like Strawberry Cheesecake Teacake ($7.50), Raspberry Lychee Rose Teacake ($7.50), Pistachio Honeycomb cake ($8.20), Daisy Lemon Meringue Tart ($7.90) and more.
Their artisanal drinks are also pretty unique, with interesting options like Injeolmi Cream Latte ($8.50), Grape Yakult Honey Sencha ($7), Pistachio Oat Honey Cream Latte ($8.50) and Hallabong Bear ($9), just to name a couple.
