Tsuta Singapore Offers 1-for-1 Ramen From 20-22 Dec

There’s no lack of good ramen shops in Singapore, but here’s another one to bookmark to your list: a soba store. We’re referring to Michelin-star restaurant Tsuta that just released their  first tonkotsu ramen series in Southeast Asia and will be having a rare 1-for-1 deal!
Tsuta Tonkotsu Series

This ramen series comes in three flavours: Tonkotsu, Kurobishio and a local favourite, Mala. Here’s the best part — they all contain zero MSG and artificial flavourings. The secret ingredient for these soup bases to achieve exquisite flavour? Umami.
Tsuta Tonkotsu Ramen

The Tonkotsu Soba’s ($12) broth, boiled over 5 hours, consists of premium black pork bone and trotter. Hokkaido Kelp and Shiitake mushroom is added towards the end to enhance the taste of the Umami and later finished off with tare for a final touch.
Tsuta Kurobishio (Burnt Garlic Oil) Ramen

The Kurobishio Tonkotsu Soba ($13) broth, a classic and all-time favourite in Japan, is handmade from scratch using a combination of aromatics including spicy black pepper and burnt garlic. It is accompanied by homemade black pepper minced pork, fried garlic chips and black fungus mushroom.
Tsuta Mala Tonkotsu Ramen

Lastly, the Mala Tonkotsu Soba ($13) is made with flavourful pork broth and Mala oil with a mix of spices like Sichuan Peppercorn, Cinnamon Stick, Star Anise and Dried Chilli Flake. A spicy and numbing sensation ensured! Find homemade mala minced pork, crushed peanut and Goji berries too.

All three bowls are also customisable based on your palate. So yes, that means if you want your bowl of mala to be spicier, the kitchen can do it for you.

To celebrate this launch, Tsuta Singapore will be offering a sweet 1-for-1 ramen deal from 20-22 Dec! Additionally, stand to win $50 worth of dining vouchers from 20-30 Dec when you post a picture of your ramen, tag Tsuta Singapore and tell them about your experience.

Both promotions are valid at all Tsuta Singapore’s outlets (Funan Mall, Vivocity, Tai Seng) except Jewel Changi Airport.
