Hachisan Robatayaki is a spot in Singapore where you can order individual nigiri sushi, with each one freshly prepared to order, served to you omakase-style. For the $1.50 sushi menu, you get quite a good selection of premium cuts, including: Hotate, Salmon Belly, Hamachi, Madai, Shima Aji, Aka Ebi and more.
