M Hotel Singapore City Centre is now offering their fan-favourite Hotpot Dinner Buffet at 1-for-1 from just $34.50++ per person (UP. $69++ per person), exclusively for dinner sessions from 6pm on Sundays to Thursdays. This season, they’ll be serving up Nyonya Classics Redefined, and on the menu are hotpot items like Slipper Lobster, Chilled Oyster, Blue Swimmer Crab, Prawn Tobiko Paste, Squid Noodle, Truffle Chicken, Sliced Beef Rolls, Seafood Dumplings and more.

There will also be various live stations and cooked items like Kueh Pie Tee or Popiah, Beef Cheek Rendang, Assam Fish, Ayam Buah Keluak, Sweet & Sour Prawn and BBQ Chicken Bun, among others.
