CLOVE offers an international lunch and dinner buffet, as well as a special chocolate-themed lunch and dinner buffet. Highlights from the buffet spread include fresh seafood on ice like Venus Clams, Half-Shell Scallops, Cooked Prawns and Black Mussel; as well as a Seasonal Seafood Salad and cooked mains like Steamed Sea Bass, DIY Kopitiam Seafood Laksa, Butter Roasted Dory Fillet and more.
You’ll also be treated to meat carvings (on rotation) like Slow Roasted Striploin, Slow Roasted Lamb Leg, Roasted Spatchcock Chicken or Roasted Salmon Fillet with accompaniments like Truffle Mash Potato and Roasted Root Vegetables. There will also be a bakery selection with home-baked bread, artisanal cheese selection, plus local favourites like Beef Shank Rendang, XO Seafood Fried Rice, Braised Pork Belly and more.
