Cheesecake lovers, you’ll want to get in on this: the cult-favourite Muslim-owned cheesecake brand, Paparch, has finally opened their first-ever café in Singapore! Paparch’s new store is located in Bugis, and you’ll be able to see their popular Mini Cheesecake Squares in person before you buy.

The store is more of a takeaway joint, with all their cheesecake square flavours on display at the counter for you to check out before making your choice. But if you want to enjoy your cheesecake on the spot, they’ll serve it to you on paper plates and you can dine-in in-store—but it’s standing room only. The vibe of the space is super sleek and minimalist: with stainless steel silver countertops and clean lines to reflect the angles of their iconic square-shaped cheesecakes.

Pistachio Berries, $9.80

Miso Caramel, $9.80

Chocolate Praline, $9.80
If you’re new to Paparch’s cheesecakes, they’re best loved for their Mini Cheesecake Squares (from $8.80), which comes in best-selling flavours like Original ($8.80), Chocolate Praline ($9.80), Pistachio Berries ($9.80), Miso Caramel ($9.80), plus a brand-new Ondeh Ondeh ($9.80) flavour that’s available exclusively for walk-ins to the new store. Their cheesecakes are also known to be super molten inside, even straight from the fridge! You’re recommended to eat them chilled for the best taste, no need to leave them out to defrost.

Across the board, we love how rich and dense each cheesecake is, without being too overpowering. If you’re a cheesecake lover, you can probably easily finish the entire cheesecake square as a single serving; otherwise we’d definitely recommend sharing. Their Original flavour is definitely the ooziest and gooiest of them all, with a creamy molten centre as soon as you cut into it.
@shout.sg THE OOZIEST CHEESECAKES IN SG?! The cult-fav Paparch cheesecake specialty brand has finally opened their first physical store! Get their popular mini cheesecake squares in flavours like Miso Caramel, Pistachio Berries & Ondeh Ondeh—you can even dine-in here too! Paparch Sg Address: 48 Arab St, 01-03, Singapore 199745

Our top flavour picks have got to be the Miso Caramel, for a more unique umami twist to the classic cheesecake flavour profile, with a slight salty twist from the miso. The Ondeh Ondeh is also pretty interesting and worth trying out; it’s essentially like the classic ondeh ondeh but in cheesecake form, with a gula melaka-infused filling and shredded coconut bits throughout.
