Paradise Dynasty is pretty much known for their mouthwatering Xiao Long Baos (XLB) — not just regular XLBs, but interesting flavours like mala and foie gras. They’ve now come up with another flavour that hands down takes the cake: alcohol-infused ones.
This new collection of XLBs, titled the Tipsy Surprise Xiao Long Bao, comes in five flavours: Shaoxing Rice Wine, Red Wine with Cheese, Tsingtao Beer, The Glenlivet Scotch and Martell. So yes, there truly is something for everyone regardless of your alcohol preference.
These one-of-a-kind dumplings will be available exclusively at Paradise Dynasty’s Funan outlet at $2.80 each with orders of either of the following:
- BBQ Pork Pastry in Shanghai-style
- Pan-fried Chilli Crab Bun
- Dong Po Pork
- Shanghainese Cripsy Duck served with Lotus Bun
