A new Blu Kouzina has officially opened up along 907 East Coast Road! Regarded a quick getaway to Greece in either the lush greenery of Dempsey Hill or along the vibrant streets of Siglap, this restaurant invites guests to indulge in the comforts of Greek food, wine and hospitality while enjoying the company of loved ones. Utilising the best and finest ingredients, Blu Kouzina prides itself in representing distinct and authentic Mediterranean flavours.

Prepared with extra virgin olive oil from the owner’s family–owned Olive Grove Estate in Messinia, Greece, Blu Kouzina is dedicated to serving Greek cuisine, in a manner which is true to its tradition. Born out of the love of sharing a hearty meal with friends, spiced with quality olive oil and good wine, Blu Kouzina is recognised as one of the oldest Greek restaurants in Singapore.

Situated in the heart of Siglap, the latest Blu Kouzina restaurant showcases a mix of textures and vibrant colours in the form of blue tiled flooring, predominantly white walls, and an abundance of wood furnishing and elements in the ceiling. Complete with an array of low hanging lights and mismatched seating arrangements, the new Blu Kouzina outlet is characterised by a series of arched hallways and opulent floor-to-ceiling windows.

The restaurant’s full menu, which remains consistent with its first branch, features a variety of salads, soups, dip platters, oven cooked mains, meats, seafood, vegetarian alternatives, and desserts. These include the $15.80 Tirokafteri Dip with spicy feta infused with herbs and chili flakes, the $14.80 four-piece Lamb Meatballs, the $18.80 Bougourdi which consists of red pepper filled with marinated spicy feta cheese, the $32.80 three-piece Chicken Kebab, $27.80 Blu Cheese Beef Burger, $59.80 Filet Mignon, the $48.80 Roasted Lamb Shank with lemon potatoes, and $32.80 Vegetarian Platter.

Other offerings include, the $22.80 Greek Dessert Platter, $5 Pagoto Haagen-Daz, $15.80 four-piece Baklava, $15.80 Greek Kataifi Roll with homemade syrup and pistachio filling, and $13.80 Galaktoboureko which refers to filo pastry filled with semolina cream filling, and topped with homemade syrup.
