From 1–9 August, The Centrepoint will be hosting a series of activities celebrating local creativity, from live music performances and a local crafters’ fair to exclusive shopping rewards and limited-edition collectibles.
Catch Free Live Performances By Jeff Ng, Yokez & Emerging Local Artistes
The celebrations begin on 1 & 2 August with The Centrestage: Celebration in the Spotlight, where local musicians take over the Level 1 Atrium with live performances throughout the day.
Headlining this year’s edition are Jeff Ng and Yokez, joined by 10 emerging local artists. Expect a mix of original music, familiar National Day favourites and plenty of feel-good performances to get you into the festive spirit.
While you’re enjoying the performances, there’ll also be local food and lifestyle booths to explore, including The White Rabbit, The Liquor Shop, a live Muah Chee station, and Sadshrimps.
If you’re planning to grab a meal or do a little shopping while you’re there, it’s worth keeping your receipts too. The celebrations continue from 3–9 August, when the atrium transforms into a Local Crafters’ Fair featuring around 8 Singapore-based vendors selling handmade crafts, gifts and lifestyle products.
Whether you’re looking for locally made accessories, unique gifts or simply enjoy discovering small businesses, it’s a nice change from the usual retail stores.
If you’re visiting on 8 & 9 August, don’t miss the complimentary customisation activity. Spend $20 at participating FRx stores between 12pm and 8pm, and you’ll be able to redeem a customised iron-on pouch while stocks last (limited to the first 150 redemptions each day).
Redeem An Exclusive Sadshrimps Mug Life Set
