You’ve seen Blue Bottle Coffee’s first store-in-store opening in Raffles City, and now they’ve finally opened their first standalone café in Singapore—right in the heart of town! Here’s a sneak peek at what you can expect from the new outlet at Paragon ahead of their official opening on 17th July 2025.
The new Blue Bottle Coffee is the brand’s second opening in Singapore, and it’s the first-ever standalone café in Southeast Asia. The new café has more dine-in seating, with both indoor and al fresco seats available. The decor here stays true to the brand’s minimalist and sleek style: with silver countertops and wood furniture, along with terracotta-esque hues to give it a warmer feel.
Menu-wise, items are pretty much identical to the first outlet: the Paragon café serves the same signature coffee brews, drinks and pastries, with a couple of new exclusive additions to the food menu. Drinks start from $6.50, while pastries start from $5.50. New outlet-exclusive menu items include the Liège Waffle ($8.50), Yogurt Bowl ($12), Cookie ($5.50) and Banana Bread ($6). We recommend trying the Liège Waffles as they’re the item that’s freshly made-to-order, with a crispy, slightly caramelised crust. But do expect a slightly longer wait time for the waffles.
For coffee lovers, we’d suggest going for their signature pour-over brews ($10), especially the Giant Steps blend for something nuttier and less acidic. Otherwise, their house special Nola ($8) iced coffee is always a favourite as well. Matcha enthusiasts can try their Matcha Latte ($9.50); but we find their matcha to be more on the sweeter and milkier side.
There’s also a retail section within the café, where you can shop lifestyle items like Blue Bottle-branded merchandise, coffee bags, instant coffee and more. As an opening special, they’re also offering complimentary customisation services when you purchase their canvas tote bag for $25. The free customisation station will be available at Blue Bottle Coffee Paragon on the following dates:
