You’ve probably seen Japan’s viral udon carbonara all over social media, and soon you won’t have to travel to Japan to enjoy it—you can get it right here in Singapore! The famous Udon Shin TOKYO will be opening its first-ever international outpost here in Singapore this November 2025.

Udon Shin’s original outlet in Tokyo sees at least a couple hours’ queues even before they open their doors. They’re known for their handmade udon noodles, especially their TikTok-viral Udon Carbonara: signature udon noodles topped with a rich egg yolk and parmesan cheese. The Singapore menu has yet to be announced, but you can probably expect udon noodles paired with various toppings like seasoned cod roe, butter, beef, assorted tempura and more.
