Located in the old British barracks of Dempsey Hill, in a restored 1930s Ebenezer chapel, complete with stained glass windows and palatial ceilings, this restaurant is a beautiful antiquated artifact in itself. Complemented by classic European recipes, with a contemporary twist, The White Rabbit is best known for the Burratina Salad (S$23), Pineapple Baked Alaska (S$18), and Tournedos Rossini (S$68) – which consists of Brandt US Choice tenderloin, wilted spinach, and pan-seared foie gras.

LAVO SG
