There’s plenty of expensive bubble teas in the market: topped with gold, infused with bird’s nest and more, but this new bubble tea might just be the bougiest of them all. HEYTEA has teamed up with the world-famous caviar specialty brand, Kaluga Queen, to create the first-ever Caviar Bubble Tea in Singapore.
HEYTEA x Kaluga Queen will be launching the new Caviar Citron Jiancha, a light yuzu-infused apple juice and Jiancha tea drink that’s topped with a citron cloud foam, Janice Wong’s chocolate tuile and a dollop of Kaluga Queen’s Osetra caviar.
The osetra caviar is known for its subtle sweetness and creamy texture, which balances out the citrus note from the drink itself. You’re recommended to take a bite of the caviar and chocolate tuile together first, before sipping on both the tea and citrus foam layers at the same time. The flavour of the caviar isn’t too obvious, but you’ll be able to taste the slight saltiness of the caviar offset by the sweet bitterness of the chocolate.

The Caviar Citron Jiancha is priced at $9.90 each, and in order to get the drink topped with exclusive caviar and chocolate tuile, you’ll first have to speak the magic words: “A little bit of caviar please.” As for whether we’d pay nearly $10 for this drink—perhaps not, but it’s worth the one-time try if you’re curious about the combination, or if you’re a caviar lover. The Caviar Bubble Tea will be launched at all HEYTEA outlets in Singapore from 26th September 2025, for a limited time of just 3 weeks.
