The whole building spans 6 stories, with facilities that are also open to the public to experience: from F&B, leisure activities and shopping.

For food options, there’s a 700-seater food court operated by Timbre+ Hillview, featuring a variety of food stalls offering eats like Japanese ramen, tsukemen, matcha, pasta, personal pizzas, pancakes, Korean fare, dim sum and even an actual bar for alcoholic drinks, among others. Aside from the food court, there’s also a standalone café, Cafe4You offering local favourites and Western mains. There’s also an unmanned Cheers convenience store where you can grab your favorite snacks.

You’ll also find a golf simulator and karaoke located within the food court. If you’ve got SAF credits, you can also spend it at the SAF e-Lifestylemart. Other facilities available here include a medical centre and health hub, childcare centre, carpark spaces and more. The CMPB Bukit Gombak building offers convenient access to public transport, and is directly connected to Cashew MRT station.
