The Brunch Trolley is served at Summer Hill every Saturday and Sunday from 11.30am to 3pm, and diners can have their fill of unlimited eats and desserts from the trolley, buffet-style. The servers will dole out servings of each item from the brunch trolley, and you can ask for as many refills of your favourite dishes as your heart desires!

The Unlimited Brunch Trolley ($69++ per person) comes with a selection of Summer Hill’s signature favourites, as well as new menu items. You’ll also get to enjoy free flow iced tea with your buffet. Items served on the Brunch Trolley are subject to change each week, but you can expect the likes of steak, roasted lamb, fried chicken, mussels, sea bream and more.
