Just when you thought only coffee and tea capsule machines exist, LG will soon be launching ‘HomeBrew’, a capsule-based beer-making machine sometime this year. This calls for parties all day every day because now your home can be transformed into your very own brewery!

Just like any other capsule machines, you simply have to pop their set of single-use capsules which contain malt, yeast, hop oil and flavoring into the machine and the machine will then take care of the entire process for you, from fermentation, carbonation and ageing, to serving and even cleaning.

Just let it brew for about 2 weeks depending on the beer type and voilà! You get around 10 pints worth of beer. A free companion app will allow you to check in on HomeBrew’s status when you’re not at home, and you can choose from 5 types of richly-flavoured beers to suit your taste buds – American IPA, American Pale Ale, English Stout, Belgian-style Witbier and Czech Pilsner.
