Burger lovers, it’s almost time: the highly-talked about opening of South Korea’s Lotteria is finally here. The cult-favourite burger chain is opening their first-ever Singapore outpost this 11th February 2026 at Jewel Changi Airport, and here’s what you can expect from the opening before you join the queue on opening day.

Kimchi Bulgogi Burger, from $7.80
In case you’re not familiar with the burger chain, they’ve got over 1600 outlets globally. Their first-ever Singapore outlet will spotlight some of Lotteria’s signature burgers, including one Kimchi Bulgogi Burger (from $7.80) that’s been created exclusively for Singapore. This burger takes their classic Ria’s Bulgogi Burger (from $7.20) and gives it an upgrade with stir-fried fermented kimchi for a more tangy, spicy and refreshing twist. We personally weren’t a huge fan of this burger, as the addition of kimchi felt a little overpowering—but kimchi lovers will probably like this.

Mozzarella Burger, from $12.50
We much preferred their more classic Ria’s Shrimp Burger (from $7.20), which had a panko-battered shrimp patty that was generously stuffed with chunky pieces of shrimp we could actually see—which is always a nice touch. Their Mozzarella Burger (from $12.50) is also a unique option to try for a less “conventional” burger flavour. The burger is layered with mozzarella cheese and a herbaceous tomato-basil sauce; it’s kind of like a pizza in burger form. This is the most expensive burger option on the menu, but worth trying once if you haven’t had it before.

Gangjung Chicken, from $9

Long Cheese Stick, $2.80

Shake Shake Fries, $5.20
Surprisingly one of our favourite items from their menu is one of their sides, namely the Gangjung Chicken (from $9): classic K-style fried chicken coated in a spicy-sweet and flavourful sauce. We liked how the chicken stayed pretty crispy even after being left out for a bit. Though we can’t say the same for some of their other sides, like the French Fries (from $3.50) and Long Cheese Stick ($2.80)—we’d recommend eating these as soon as they’re served while they’re still hot. You can also choose to upgrade your fries to the Shake Shake Fries ($5.20), which comes with your choice of powdered flavour packets like Onion, Cheese and Mexican Chili.

Cup Bingsu, $5.90
For dessert, they’ve got Cup Bingsu ($5.90), Sundaes (from $2.80), Soft Serve Cone ($1.50). The bingsu comes with shaved ice (regular plain ice, not milk), pineapple slices, red bean and vanilla soft serve; it’s nothing fantastic, but good for a quick bingsu fix if you’re craving one on-the-go.

As an opening special, any purchase of a set meal (burger, drink and fries) will entitle you to redeem a free keycap keychain blind bag for free; while stocks last. Overall, we felt that Lotteria Singapore is pretty comparable to the stores back in Korea, so if you’re craving a Lotteria fix, you don’t have to wait till your next trip to Korea. Prices are also fairly affordable, with a la carte burgers priced from $4 each and sides from $2.80. While not mind-blowingly fantastic by any means, Lotteria delivers on what you’d expect from a fast food burger joint. The space is also mostly “outdoor” with seats facing the scenic Rain Vortex at Jewel Changi Airport. There isn’t many seats available, so we can foresee the restaurant being fairly crowded, especially once they officially open on 11th February 2026.
