Situated in the lobby of Aspial One, Parched is renowned for offering one of the most affordable specialty coffee selections in Singapore. Revered for ensuring the consistency and quality of each cup, Parchmen & Co. believes that making good quality coffee should be accessible to everyone.
Complete with a full glass façade, the brand’s latest specialty bar showcases exactly what one would expect – a palatial island bar stacked with a variety of coffee equipment for live brewing and an array of toothsome desserts. Rather minimal in its design, the Parchmen & Co. bar, dubbed ‘Parched’, features limited seating arrangements strategically positioned to meet safe-distancing requirements around the main island.
Of their innumerable offerings, customers are invited to choose between two options for their $2-$6 espresso-based drinks, a single origin Ethiopia or a 2-beans-blend from Peru and Honduras. Notable concoctions include the brand’s $6 Pourover coffee, $3-$5 Black coffee, $3-$5 White coffee, $5 Wulong tea, $5 Green tea, $5 Red tea, $4 Matcha or Hojicha lattes, and $5 hot or iced chocolate!
Snack-wise, Parched serves an array of desserts, sandwiches, salads, and quiche, in the form of the $7.50 Matcha and Hojicha Swiss roll, the $6 Dark Chocolate cake, $6 Strawberry Shortcake, $6 Sour Cream Cheesecake, and $6 Fig Pie, amongst a variety of others.
