Pandan Muffins With Just 4 Simple Steps!

This circuit breaker period is the best time to take up new hobbies, such as baking! With just 4 simple steps and an airfryer, you can make delicious pandan cupcakes for you and your family to enjoy!

Ingredients (serves 15):

Group A

1.5 cup of milk

1 cup melted butter

3/4 cup sugar

1 egg

1/4 teaspoon pandan flavouring⠀


Group B

2 cups wheat flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon baking soda⠀



  1. Blend ingredients in group A. Then mix in group B ingredients.⠀

2. Scoop in the batter into paper cupcake holders till ¾ full.

3. Preheat the air fryer to 150°C for 3 minutes.⠀

4. Bake it for 15 minutes and enjoy fresh and hot pandan muffins
