Folke’s menu includes skin-boosting macro-nutrients like collagen and protein, because good skin starts from what you eat.
For all-day brunch, look forward to mains like Vegan Unagi Steak & Taters ($12.90), Spicy Karē Chicken Egg Soufflé ($13.90), Protein Cake & Ice Cream ($6.90) and more. You can even get nutrient-infused bakes like Protein Muffin ($4.90), Protein Waffle ($3.90), Protein Madeleines ($6.90), Collagen Brownie ($6.90)! They also have your usual caffeinated drinks for a weekday perk-me-up, or you can also opt for specially concocted collagen-rich drinks like Collagen Latte Blueberry (from $4.90), Collagen Milk (from $5.90), Cold Brew Strawberry Coffee ($5.40), Cold Brew Plum Blossom Tea ($5.40) and Cold Brew Vanilla Honey Tea ($5.40), just to name a couple.
